About 3 weeks from now all the little ones will be exchanging cute little greetings of love and kisses with each other and their family. This two and a half year old will certainly have some sassy modern valentine's day cards to give to her buddies!
I had the best fortune to have one of the youngest babies in my studio. Lux was just 4 days old last weekend when she came to grace my studio. You can tell very well she was a full term baby as she was wide awake and happy to play for most of her session. Eye contact from a 4 day old babe? You got it!
As a planner I'm always trying to be one step ahead. No, it's not yet February but it is time to think about completing Valentine's Day photos. Valentine's cards are not meant to be some cheap cardboard fold up generic messages are they? Why not share with friends and family a custom photo of your little Valentine for as inexpensive as the cost of a 4x6 photo. I'm happy to add the pretty borders and greetings to the photos for you to make them ready to print. We have a few new special V Day backdrops for inspiration.
I closed off the year with a group of Monsters to photograph. Okay they were actually very lovely cousins and we did some great shots of them together and individually but I really enjoy the photos the best when they cracked out their monster hoodies and let those smiles shine! he was in his Mommy's tummy! Well Ozzy is now one year old! He's a
total comedian and gentleman. He did an amazing job with his cake!

Cassi's maternity photos for her last weekend. She's just the picture
of beautiful pregnancy. Glowing like you wouldn't believe! Doesn't she
look amazing?! I can't wait to meet the new addition! ♥
The lovely thing about having a studio is being able to control the environment. It's really cold outside and we can pretend its cold in the studio. Its the only way to go.

Late October Welcomed baby Nixon into this world. I haven't had many baby boys come visit the studio this year so he was a welcome subject. And the perfect model too. He slept for the first part of the shoot and then was wide awake for the rest. His parents got the perfect mix of newborn baby photos. He was also pleasantly bendy too after being a full 15 days old.
I had the pleasure of photographing 5 day old Grayson the other evening. He was an absolute joy. Sometimes sleepy, sometimes away but always adorable. Newborns are my absolute fave. They require just right amount of patience.
Today I had the pleasure of taking brand new baby P's photos.
She was alert and checking me out the whole time!

I had the pleasure of taking Christmas photos for this lovely family in my studio last weekend! The little one was a delight and her big sister was a wonderful ham! Dancing around and doing all kinds of crazy poses for me! They were great! And the purple sweater dresses... can I say more?! Love them!
