In search of the perfect shot...

I was just trying a few looks on one photo... I think I prefer the photo that has had all the work done to it. I guess the key is to take what nature gives you and just make it that little bit better!

3 months is widely recognized among photographers as a difficult age to photograph... but yah know.... I think we did okay! I think it helps when your model is this cute though!

Rough and tumble ballerina

I'm liking these photos because unlike so many portrait sessions, she's not been primped and perfected. Her bangs are long and her hair is messy and it just doesn't matter... she's cute anyway!

Baby L

Oh my ~ this little baby girl is absolute laid back sweetness! She was alert and happy to hang out with me for a little over an hour. At 16 days old she was a quiet little princess for her photos.

Baby S

Since the end of February I have the pleasure of a few play dates with my latest newborn model. Her name is baby S and her Momma says she cries like a velociraptor ~but for me she's all sweet! Here are a few of my faves.

It was the most wonderful reason to visit Mexico for the holidays. My cousin was getting married! Meet Sandra and Rob... The ceremony took place right on beach and everything was perfect!

I had the pleasure of photographing the cutest pregnant couple this morning. They have it on pretty good authority that there's a girl in there... about 17 days away... and her name is Lauren.
